I saw @anothersewingscientist make an Élodie wrap dress the other day so I took mine out. It was a contractual obligation and only got 2 wears. I’m not a fan of the fabric. I love the print but the viscose is flimsy and in this weather, sticky. I may have a nice Liberty print in stock to make another one, I think it’s worth it. 🧵 J’ai vu Vicki coudre une Élodie l’autre jour et j’ai sorti la mienne. C’était une obligation contractuelle, je ne l’ai portée que deux fois. Je ne suis pas fan du tissu : j’adore l’imprimé, mais la viscose est trop légère et colle à la peau. [WIP/Encours] The heatwave has brought to my attention that I have a gap in my wardrobe. I don’t own a short sleeved cotton shirt. This fabric was set to make a shirt for my Mom and as it turns out, in 3m of Liberty, I can make 2 short sleeved shirts!
