I Can Sew For Miles

I can sew for miles and miles, I can sew for miles and miles, I can sew for miles and miles and miles and miles and miles, Oh Yeah"!

I made 3 humongous bags. Solid bags to carry 200 pounds sails which will go on earth orbit with Thomas.
In my kitchen...
I didn't laugh everyday whilst making them but I sang a lot and always the same Who chorus with modified lyrics : "I can sew for miles and miles, I can sew for miles and miles, I can sew for miles and miles and miles and miles and miles, Oh Yeah"!

I'm curious, what kind of material and thread did you use for these bags?

    1. Hello,
I used materials supplied to me, the bag on the right is an old sail made of Cuben Fiber, straps are made of Dyneema, thread is Coats Dabond and some heavy duty plastic netting you don't see on the bottom there was some Insigna used as well. The ones on the left are some plastic coated Nylon called Cordura, the straps are Nylon and the rest is the same.
